The Chicago Bulls just won their fourth NBA championship & set the record for the most wins in a season while Diana was working on opening her first sushi restaurant in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Everyone she talked to thought she was crazy. Americans don't like fish - let alone raw fish was what her circle was telling her. But fed up with burgers and American food, she listened to the voice inside her that said to "just do it". To her friends and family's surprise, Americans really liked raw fish! Sushi House grew to eight locations and a community was created.
